Help me make MCP Studio better

I'm inviting 5 people to cohort 1. Use MCP Studio, and tell me what is great about it, what is less great about it, and what would make it even better to use.

What it involves

What you would be doing

I am looking for folks with the following experience. The first four bullets would be great, and the last one is a bonus.

  • You use AI tools and are comfortable with something like ChatGPT or Claude. Experience with AI in an IDE is preferred but not required.

  • You use AI to generate real work, whether that is code, documentation, or written content.

  • You are willing to build at least one MCP server in MCP Studio and use it with your own AI client.

  • You can give about 3 hours in total: one call of roughly 1 hour, plus around 2 spent building a server, using it for real work, and filling in a short survey at each end. Spread over a week or two, not one sitting.

  • You already know what an MCP server is, and you want real observability into what your AI reads to answer you, plus visibility into how others use a server you publish.Nice to have
